Total Support Services

The modern market for joinery products demands more from a joinery manufacturer than simply the traditional craft skills. Increasingly, companies have to prove their products meet independent standards to satisfy their customers and remain competitive.

Our Total Support Services can help, offering a range of additional services intended to support our members through the complexities of meeting these demands. We want to become a single point through which a joinery business can seek help and support to improve itself, its processes and its production.

Total Support Services cover broader issues than the technicalities of joinery manufacture. Each service has been designed in association with our industry partners to offer a combination of practical assistance and consultancy advice at a price which cannot be matched elsewhere.

If you would like to go ahead with any of the services, simply return the appropriate application form to the BWF by fax at 0844 209 2611 or by post to BWF, Royal London House, 22-25 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1DX. When the initial costs have been paid, we will be able to involve our expert. You can find the application forms and further information on the services you require simply by following the links below.

The BWF is running a grant offer in 2010 which will allow members to save money when working towards ISO9001, Group Chain of Custody certification and having their Health & Safety audits.
