ISO 14001 Environmental Management System

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that sets out how you can go about putting in place an effective Environmental Management System (EMS). The standard is designed to address the delicate balance between maintaining profitability and reducing environmental impact. Implementing ISO14001 will allow you to assess your company's current environmental impact, and identifying where you can reduce that impact. Achieving ISO14001 certification will allow you to prove your company's environmental credibility with an internationally recognised standard.

The BWF has produced a completed manual for a fictitious company, which provides a template that can be adjusted to fit your company. The manual comes complete with guidance notes, a copy of BS ISO14001 and half a day's, on-site, consultant's assistance. The package can be built up further by adding extra assistance by the BWF's consulting partners on a full or half day basis.
