Michael spends a great deal of his time on the road visiting our members, but is the main contact for membership information and as part of the member helpline team providing employment, health & safety, legal and business advice for any member.

Kevin spends much of this time out of the office sitting on technical standards committees both in the UK and Europe. He works to drive standards for the advancement of our industry. He also aids Chris with the technical helpline.

Matt co-ordinates the member helpline which provides wide-ranging advise including employment, environmental and general busniess support. Matt also coordinates all the Total Support Services and the TWA Scheme.
