Iain has overall responsibility for the BWF's operations and direction.
Michael spends a great deal of his time on the road visiting our members, but is the main contact for membership information and as part of the member helpline team providing employment, health & safety, legal and business advice for any member.
Kevin spends much of this time out of the office sitting on technical standards committees both in the UK and Europe. He works to drive standards for the advancement of our industry. He also aids Chris with the technical helpline.
Chris runs the BWF's technical helpline answering queries on a range of issues, primarily from members but also architects, members of the public and others. He can provide expert guidance and updates on a wide range of topics.
Dave manages the BWF's marketing activity and runs the training scheme which promotes and provides training and its continued improvement within the woodworking industry. Dave can provide or signpost to advise on funding, providers and other relevant training information.
Matt provides wide-ranging advice on policy, employment, legal and environmental issues through channels such as the BWF website, newsletter and helpline. Matt also co-ordinates the BWF Code of Conduct and the Toolkit+ Services.
Tracey manages the finance department and membership administration. She is the main point for contact for membership application and fee enquires, general invoicing and other financial queries
Jenny is the BWF's main administrator and deals with general enquiries, queries regarding the BWF-CERTIFIRE Scheme and new BWF member applications.

David is the BWF's Senior Vice President contributing to the organisation's strategy and has specific responsibility for membership activity.
Gordon is the Junior Vice President contributing to the organisation's strategy. Gordon also takes specific responsibility for leading the BWF's marketing
Paul is the Honorary Treasurer, contributing to the organisation's strategy with specific responsibilities for the accounts and financial matters.
Ian was President from 2009-11 and continues to contribute to the organisation's strategy, with specific responsibility for stairs.
Keith is a BWF officer contributing to the organsiation's strategy, and has specific responsibility for leading the BWF's technical activity.
Peter is an officer contributing to the organisation's strategy, he chairs the BWF-CERTIFIRE Fire Door & Doorset Scheme, and has specific responsibility for leading BWF activity for doors.
Pauline is an officer contributing to the organisation's strategy, and specifically leads strategy for the Stair Scheme
Cliff is an officer contributing to the organisation's strategy and has specific responsibility for leading BWF activity for windows.
Sharon chairs the training arm of the BWF, the Woodworking Industry Training Forum, leading strategy on training policy, provision, qualifications & funding.
