Primary Authority Agreement on Use of Websites Under the CPR
12 June 2013 - This covers websites and Declarations of Performance and CE marking plus some very useful clarification about use of electronic means (e-mail) for provision of the actual CE mark. The agreement is available for members to sign up to.

Further delays to publication of Part L 2013
10 June 2013 - Despite the fact that we have reached the beginning of June, there is yet to be any indication on the timing and nature of the response on Part L. The lack of activity has come amid speculation that the delays owe much to disagreements within the Coalition over how strong the new efficiency rules should be.
