How Much Should I Pay My Apprentices?

Since we last asked this question in early 2010, the government has brought in a minimum wage for apprentices of £2.50 per hour, which covers those apprentices previously exempt from the National Minimum Wage (those under 19, or 19 or over and in the first year of their apprenticeship).
