BWF Code of Conduct
The BWF Code of Conduct sets out the principles of good practice for a woodworking or joinery business. It is supported by a Guide to Compliance, which sets out how these principles might be applied practically to your business.
If you meet the standards set by the Code, why not tell your customers?
It will give them extra reassurance that you're the right business to deal with; professionally-run, knowledgeable and responsible, with good customer service. It will set you apart from your competitors.
If you are compliant with the BWF Code of Conduct, log in to the site as a BWF member and then you will be able to access our Code of Conduct toolkit: www.bwf.org.uk/member/toolkit. Now you can adapt our press release and download our logo, posters, web banner and van decal to use on your vans, in your publicity material, on your letterhead, your website and in your offices.
We are fully committed to helping all new BWF members meet the standards required in the BWF Code of Conduct inspection audit and below we have a selection of guides and policies that you can adapt and adopt to help your business comply.
