BWF ‘Primary Membership’ is open to businesses engaged in the manufacture of joinery, timber engineered or structural components, in timber frame construction or other woodworking activities in the UK.

Our Primary Members are diverse and range from small specialist woodworking businesses, such as bespoke furniture and cabinet makers, to multi-site national timber door manufacturers who supply through merchants. What they have in common is the drive to do the right thing by their staff, their suppliers and their customers and a passion for the industry.

BWF ‘Associate Members’ are those who supply essential products and services to woodworking and joinery manufacturers. They range from those who are involved in the manufacture and sale of woodworking machinery through to suppliers of materials, hardware and specialist coatings and sealants.

We opened up Associate Membership to help ensure our woodworking and joinery manufacturing businesses have the best possible access to new ideas, products and technology from suppliers.
