Helen has overall responsibility for the BWF’s operations and direction.
Kevin Underwood
Technical Director
Kevin represents the BWF and our members on a wide range of industry technical standards committees and is the primary contact for member enquiries through our technical helpline.
Gary Kruse
Membership Manager
Gary leads on all membership matters and oversees member compliance to the BWF Code of Conduct.
Gemma Price
Marketing and Communications Manager
Gemma is the main point of contact for all BWF marketing and communications enquiries.
Ian Gurling
Training Manager
Ian is responsible for supporting BWF members with their ongoing training needs and works with other stakeholders to promote recruitment and develop high quality qualifications in our sector.
Tracey Hemming
Office and Finance Manager
Tracey manages the finance department and the office. She is the main point for contact for general invoicing and other financial queries.
Nimesha Gohil
Digital Marketing Officer
Nimesha works alongside Gemma and James in the marketing team to look after the BWF’s digital platforms.
Amanda Kelly
Membership and Training Administrator
Amanda supports Gary and Ian with all aspects of membership and training activities.
Carrie Larkin
Office and Finance Administrator
Carrie works alongside Tracey in the BWF office assisting with day to day and accounts queries.
