RICS are carrying out a review of the Price Adjustment Formulae indices

RICS are carrying out a review of the Price Adjustment Formulae indices used in Civil Engineering including the ‘Baxter’ and specialist Engineering series. The review is being carried out on behalf of a steering group representing all stakeholders in the industry including clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.

Your members may be directly, or indirectly, affected by the movement of the indices on construction and engineering contracts with a price adjustment clause and we would be grateful if you would draw the consultation to their attention.

The consultation is open until 13th April 2015.
