Course Purpose/Scope
This course is designed to train learners in the safe use and operation of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms. It covers site safety, operator responsibilities, daily and pre-use inspections, and operator maintenance.

- Site safety
- Responsibility of the operator
- Legal requirements
- MEWP stability
- Daily safety checks and routine maintenance requirements
- Basic hydraulic and electrical systems
- Simple manoeuvring techniques
- Refuelling/recharging procedures
