The final call for the AGM will take place at the beginning of June which will include the formal papers for the Election of the BWF Officers and proxy voting.
An integral part of the AGM proceedings will be the election of the BWF Executive Officers and Council Members from amongst the membership. Our Council is made up of representatives of members of all sizes. We have places available for individuals to join the Council and welcome new applicants. If you are keen to join the Council and participate in helping the BWF team and BWF Executive Committee [Board] developing the strategy of your Trade Association, I would really like you to consider getting involved. The BWF is truly member led, your input to this would be invaluable.
If you wish to join the Council, you can nominate yourself by returning the attached Nomination Form to helen.hewitt@bwf.org.uk by the 23 May.
As in previous years, we have an informal social evening taking place on the 18th June following the AGM. This is an opportunity to socialise and network with many of your fellow members, the Board, Council and BWF team. The last few years have been well attended, with booking already secured. Therefore, places are now limited. If you would like to join us after the AGM please complete and return the booking form no later than the 23 May. Tickets to this event include an evening meal and B & B accommodation at the Link Hotel.
So, the team can confirm numbers for the AGM, we would be grateful if you could advise us of your attendance at the AGM by taking this short survey by the 23 May (it takes less than 2 minutes to complete).
