National Planning Policy Framework Unveiled

Earlier this week, the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG) published the draft National Planning Policy Framework, a document that is likely to lead to substantial changes in the way the planning system works.

It is important that there are national planning policies. However, in recent years the amount of central direction has increased dramatically.
