The survey results from the last quarter gave us vital information about the trends within our sector, suggesting that joinery sales volumes are rising, but further increases in overheads continue to dampen expectations

The 2013 Q1 BWF State of Trade Survey has now been launched and it is crucial for us to have a robust evidence base about recent trends within our sector that you, the BWF membership can access, and that we can to present to government, as with our pre budget submission to the Chancellor.

The quarterly State of Trade survey is a vital tool, not only to help members by providing better information on trends in the woodworking sector, but also to support the lobbying and representation work that we do on your behalf – simply put, this is essential information.

We are working in conjunction with the Constructions Products Association on this initiative and our figures will be integrated and compared to the broader market.  All data supplied is confidential. The deadline is the 24th March, but it would be great if you could complete now (or forward to on to an appropriate colleague).

We anticipate results being available in April. Please invest this small amount of time in helping us to better support and represent your business and the wider woodworking sector.

The survey is simple to complete and should take no longer than 5 minutes. Please log in below as a BWF member to fill in your results.
