BWF Awards 2013 shortlist announced!

The three shortlisted entries for each of the two BWF Awards 2013 have been announced! .

Technical Excellence & Innovation in Joinery Manufacture Sponsored by Timbmet

The three shortlisted entries are:

• Oakwrights Bath Ltd, for The London Centre of the Self-Realization Fellowship refurbishment project
• J3 Projects Ltd, for the Station Waiting Room project at Manchester Oxford Road Station; and
• Houghtons of York, for the Hand Carving of the Diana Princess of Wales Coat of Arms for the Worshipful Company of Merchant Taylors, in the City of London

Apprentice/Trainee of the Year Award Sponsored by CITB

• Michaella Mason, of Boyland Joinery Ltd
• Dariusz Krzywiecki, of West Port Timber Window and Door Technology; and
• Luke Parry, of Oakwrights Bath Ltd

The winners of the Technical Award, and the Apprentice/Trainee of the Year Award, will be announced at the BWF Annual Dinner and Awards on Friday 15th November at the National Liberal Club.
