Government Publishes Low Carbon Construction Plan

The response to the Low Carbon Construction IGT Report sets out the key steps which Government is taking, including the publication of an updated Carbon Plan, progress towards establishing zero carbon and developing the Green Deal as the main instrument for supporting the upgrading of the existing building stock.
