What are the problems that need solving? What do you need so the health of your construction workers is improved?

Good occupational health provision within the industry has been in the spotlight for a number of years. Safety in construction has advanced greatly in the past 10 years, but work-related ill health is still an issue.

According to the Health in Construction Leadership Group, UK construction workers are 100 times more likely to die from an occupational disease than from an accident. Also around 1.2m working days are lost every year in the construction sector due to work related ill health.

So how can you help to improve this situation so you can get the most from your workforce?
