What is great about us as a trade association is that the team and our members are passionate about what they do, working together for the greater good of the industry. There are many opportunities for members to network with fellow joiners and manufacturers through our meetings programme.
Our flagship event is BWF Members’ Day, to which all primary manufacturing members (i.e. woodworkers and joinery manufacturers) receive a free place. We structure Members’ Day to cover a variety of ‘hot’ topics, including HSE and legal obligations as an employer, training and consumer rights (selling in the home). Sessions are delivered by industry experts. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we had to cancel the 2020 Members’ Day, but click here to learn more about the 2019 event. We are working on a calendar of virtual events for next year, but we do hope we can get to see our members in person soon.
