Aside From Part L, What Changes To Other Parts Of The Building Regulations Will Affect My Business?

As part of the review of the English Building Regulations, which includes the amendments to Part L, The Approved Document to Part K is being changed to incorporate the guidance given in Approved Document N and the stairs related parts of Approved Document M. A consultation document has been published in a new format for Approved Documents which sets out the guidance in a clearer and more accessible way. Under this review the new guidance applies to England only as Building Control powers for Wales have been devolved to the Welsh Assembly.
