One of the emails I received recently was a cry for help from one of our members. “How quickly can I get hold of some of your labels for my fire doors? I have to provide the client with a certificate, and I haven’t got one. Can someone take a quick look at my doors and give me some of your labels to put on them?” “Sorry”, was the answer, “it doesn’t quite work like that”.
