Amendments to the England & Wales Building Regulations: Part L April 2010

The Approved Documents which provide guidance in complying with the requirements of the Building Regulations for England and Wales for the conservation of fuel and power were published on the 30th April 2010. The following is a summary of the contents applicable to building work on existing dwellings and building work to construct new dwellings.
