BWF Q4 State of Trade Survey launched – we need your responses!

The survey results from the last quarter gave us vital information about the trends within our sector, suggesting that the continuing uncertainty and tough trading conditions is preventing companies from investing in machinery or additional staffing. The Q4 BWF State of Trade Survey has now been launched and it is crucial for us to have a robust evidence base about recent trends within our sector that you, the BWF membership can access, and that we can to present to government, as with our latest letter to the Chancellor.

The quarterly State of Trade survey is a vital tool, not only to help members by providing better information on trends in the woodworking sector, but also to support the lobbying and representation work that we do on your behalf – simply put, this is essential information.

We are working in conjunction with the Constructions Products Association on this initiative and our figures will be integrated and compared to the broader market.  All data supplied is confidential. The deadline is the 14th December, but it would be great if you could complete now (or forward to on to an appropriate colleague).

We anticipate results being available later in January.  Please invest this small amount of time in helping us to better support and represent your business and the wider woodworking sector.
