In response to feedback, the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) have updated their COVID-19 Site Operating Procedures. Version 2 was published on 2nd April.

Construction sites operating during the COVID-19 pandemic need to ensure they are protecting their workforce and minimising the risk of spread of infection. This Site Operating Procedure guidance is intended to introduce consistent measures on sites of all sizes in line with the Government’s recommendations on social distancing. If a site is not consistently implementing the measures set out in the Site Operating Procedures (v2) it may be required to shut down.

The BWF thank the CLC and Build UK in working hard to ensure these Site Operating Procedures are up-to-date and continue to be aligned with Public Health England.
