Members are reminded that HSE is still very active in COSHH arena and if necessary they should review their arrangements to ensure they comply with current regulations. BWF has produced an extensive range of simple easy to follow information guides which will help you safeguard yourselves (see News article dated 28th July 2010).

The most recent HSE enforcement data is shown below.  It details prohibition notices issued, under COSHH regulations, (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) which tell the duty holder to stop an activity immediately, and improvement notices which specify remedial action and give the duty holder a date by which they must complete the action.
